2 x 40 yd sprint (15s rest b/w)
30s rest
2 x 60 yd sprint (15s rest b/w)
30s rest
2 x 80 yd spring (15s rest b/w)
30s rest
2 x 100 yd sprint (15s rest b/w)
30s rest
2 x 80 yd sprint (15s rest b/w)
30s rest
2 x 60 yd sprint (15s rest b/w)
30s rest
2 x 40 yd sprint (15s rest b/w)

-then-

100 yd burpee broad jump
Sprint 100

Don't worry about timing anything or counting or whatever, just go max effort and kick your own ass!

This was a killer! If you run all the way through the distance, by the time you slow down and walk back to the line it is 15s and then you are off and these are NOT short sprints

I added the burpee broad jumps cuz I love them, and it murdered me. Did this outside on a kinda muddy field so it was fun, yeah 58 degree weather!

Also, needed something that didn't involve my hands because they are RUINED from practicing my kip
