*NOTES: BFB - Put something like 25s on a bar, do a burpee, jump over the bar, turn around, that is 1
Lateral bar jump - Jump over the bar sideways... each time you pass over the bar is a rep

This workout is no joke. I had to stop because I was running late for work. Absolutely kills your cardio.

oh my god I just noticed this workout and can't wait to do it. It looks like absolute complete death. More than 400squats? 57 burpees? 400 lateral jumps? This sounds ridiculous.

Let me be clear... it is absolute complete death... I had trouble walking for days. Def a good one that the CrossFit guy at my gym came up with.
