11ish

I have to say 11ish because I hit stop on my timer and not pause so I don't know the exact time. Sometime just over 11min. The worst parts were cardio, and the wrist from holding the bar. Did not use a rack. Put the bar on the ground. Did not do jumping pull ups, did regular pull ups.
