Did I mention I had to skip the double unders. Everything core related killed my back. I guess being out of the gym almost a month will do that to you...

Nice to have you back! yeah I was at like 11min until the L-chin ups and those took me like 4 hours...not easy after all that core work and upper body already a little wasted. I am getting better all the time at K2E but I gotta keep working on them and stop avoiding them
